East central Muscatine County in east central Iowa... * Until 900 PM CDT. * At 830 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Blue Grass, or 8 miles west of Davenport, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This dangerous storm will be near... Davenport, Moline, Rock Island, Bettendorf, Milan, Buffalo, West Lake Park, Rock Island Arsenal, Credit Island, and Blackhawk State Park around 835 PM CDT.
