* Until 745 PM CDT.
* At 637 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Thomson Causeway to Lynn Center, moving east at 45
mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Clinton, Sterling, Rock Falls, Morrison, Geneseo, Colona, Camanche,
Le Claire, Fulton, Prophetstown, Port Byron, Erie, Garden Plain,
Milledgeville, Rapids City, Fairhaven, Albany, Tampico, Cordova,
and Lyndon.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 80 in Illinois between mile markers 2 and 9.
Interstate 88 between mile markers 1 and 44.
Instruction:
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
sturdy building.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for north central
and northwestern Illinois...and east central Iowa.
