* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Illinois and
northwest Indiana.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The potential exists for brief localized
gusts up to 55 to 60 mph.
