...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Illinois...Indiana... Wabash River at Riverton. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana... Illinois... East Fork White River near Rivervale. White River at Hazleton and Petersburg. Wabash River at Mount Carmel and Hutsonville Legacy Power Plant Site. .Recent periods of heavy rainfall have led to flooding along the Wabash, White, and East Fork White Rivers. Flooding will persist through midweek. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wabash River at Hutsonville Legacy Power Plant Site. * WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Old Darwin Road and a few low rural roads between York and Hutsonville, Illinois begin to flood. Agricultural flooding begins along portions of the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - There is no current observed data. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning and continue falling and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
