In west central Illinois, Cass, Fulton, Knox, Morgan, Schuyler and Scott. * WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rain will move across portions of central Illinois this evening and overnight. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
