* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and west central Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, Christian, De Witt, Logan, Macon, Marshall, Mason, McLean, Menard, Peoria, Piatt, Sangamon, Shelby, Stark, Tazewell and Woodford. In east central Illinois, Champaign, Coles, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie and Vermilion. In west central Illinois, Cass, Fulton, Knox, Morgan, Schuyler and Scott. * WHEN...From 6 PM CDT this evening through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
