Rock River at Byron affecting Ogle and Winnebago Counties. For the Rock River...including Rockton, Latham Park, Byron... flooding is possible. * WHAT...Flooding is possible. * WHERE...Rock River from Confluence with Kishwaukee River to Castle Rock State Park near Oregon, including the Byron gauge. * WHEN...From late Thursday night to Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Numerous low-lying structures downstream of Byron are flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 10.3 feet. - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached late Friday morning. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
