...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Illinois... Rock River near Joslin affecting Rock Island, Whiteside and Henry IL Counties. Rock River at Moline affecting Rock Island and Henry IL Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rock River near Joslin. * WHEN...Until early Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Water affects some summer cottages along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 12.4 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. The next statement will be issued by Sunday morning at 1000 AM CDT.
