Counties.
.The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Illinois River near Havana.
* WHEN...From Friday afternoon until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Access road to Anderson Lake north
campground closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 11.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow afternoon and continue rising to 18.3 feet Thursday,
June 18. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
