La Moine River at Colmar affecting McDonough and Hancock Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...La Moine River at Colmar. * WHEN...Until early Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Water affects a few houses near the McDonough and Schuyler county line. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 20.5 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.4 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday evening. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. The next statement will be issued by Friday morning at 1000 AM CDT.
