La Moine River at Colmar affecting Hancock and McDonough Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...La Moine River at Colmar. * WHEN...From this morning to late Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Water affects a few houses near the McDonough and Schuyler county line. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 20.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.6 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
