* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of east central Illinois, including the following county, Vermilion. * WHEN...Until 115 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Several structures are flooded. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 718 AM CDT, emergency management reported homes flooded and numerous cars stuck in flood waters in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
