Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall will continue. * WHERE...East central Vermilion County. * WHEN...Until 730 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 130 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding continuing due to heavy rain that occurred Saturday evening. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain fell, with 6.2 inches of rain at Vermilion Regional Airport. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Danville, Vermilion Regional Airport, Bismarck, Henning and Alvin.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
