* WHERE...Illinois River at Valley City.
* WHEN...Until late Saturday night.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.1 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 10:00 AM CDT Sunday was 15.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Friday
evening.
