Rock River near Joslin affecting Whiteside, Henry IL and Rock Island Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rock River near Joslin. * WHEN...Until late Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Flooding of unprotected agricultural land occurs. Water also affects Lundeens Landing Campground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Saturday afternoon and continue falling to 10.9 feet Wednesday, May 06. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. The next statement will be issued by Thursday morning at 945 AM CDT.
