Rock River at Rockton affecting Winnebago County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rock River from Swanson Road in Roscoe downstream to Shorewood Park in Loves Park, including the Latham Park gauge. * WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight. * IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Boathouses threatened along the river in Machesney Park. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 9.1 feet. - Recent Activity...The river stage continues a gradual slow fall. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage by this evening. - Flood stage is 9.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
