Rock River near Joslin affecting Rock Island, Henry IL and Whiteside Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rock River near Joslin. * WHEN...Until Saturday, May 02. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Water affects residences in outlying areas immediately along the river including basements, yards, driveways, and access roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 14.4 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 6:45 PM CDT Saturday was 14.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Friday evening and continue falling to 11.7 feet Saturday, May 02. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
