Rock River at Rockton affecting Winnebago County. Rock River at Latham Park affecting Winnebago County. For the Rock River...including Latham Park, Byron, Rockton... Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Pecatonica River from Winnebago County line downstream to confluence with the Rock River, including the Shirland gauge. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Structures threatened at Rivers Edge Campground east of Shirland. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 13.9 feet. - Recent Activity...The river stage crested yesterday and has begun a slow fall. - Forecast...The river is expected to gradually fall over the next several days. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
