Kishwaukee River at Belvidere affecting Boone and Winnebago Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and expected to continue. * WHERE...Kishwaukee River from confluence with South Branch Kishwaukee River downstream to the Rock River, including the Perryville gauge. * WHEN...Until early Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Old Perryville Road threatened south of Rockford. Widespread inundation of agricultural land and forest land near Chicago Rockford International Airport. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Sunday, the stage was 14.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tomorrow night. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
