...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Illinois... Pecatonica River at Freeport affecting Stephenson County. Rock River at Como affecting Whiteside County. Rock River at Moline affecting Rock Island and Henry IL Counties. Rock River near Joslin affecting Rock Island, Henry IL and Whiteside Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rock River at Moline. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Major Flood Stage. Water affects South Shore Drive and North Shore Drive in Moline west of the 27th Street bridge. Water limits access to homes on South Shore Drive east of the I-74 bridge. Water also affects portions of 60th Street south of John Deere Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.2 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.1 feet Tuesday evening. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. The next statement will be issued by Monday morning at 1045 AM CDT.
