...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Illinois... Pecatonica River at Freeport affecting Stephenson County. Rock River at Como affecting Whiteside County. Rock River at Moline affecting Rock Island and Henry IL Counties. Rock River near Joslin affecting Whiteside, Rock Island and Henry IL Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rock River near Joslin. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 16.5 feet, Water affects the lowest sections of Broadway and Main Street in Cleveland and affects a few homes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 14.1 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.8 feet Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. The next statement will be issued by Sunday evening at 815 PM CDT.
