* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Brown County in west central Illinois... Northeastern Pike County in west central Illinois... * WHEN...Until 115 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1022 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen with additional rainfall expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mount Sterling, Buckhorn, La Grange, Versailles, Perry, Chambersburg, Coopertown and Fishhook.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
