Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of central Illinois, including the following
county, Livingston.
* WHEN...Until 200 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads
and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1156 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicate that between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen
across the county within the past three hours.
- While the heaviest rain has ended, runoff from the rain that
has already occurred and additional rain up to one half inch
will continue to result in flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Streator, Pontiac, Dwight, Fairbury, Chatsworth, Forrest,
Flanagan, Odell, South Streator, Cullom, Cornell, Saunemin,
Long Point, Campus, Reddick, Emington and Strawn.

Instruction:
A Flood Advisory means minor flooding along waterways and other poor
drainage areas is imminent or may already be occurring. Persons in
the advisory area should use caution and avoid flood waters.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
