* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of central Illinois, including the following county, Livingston. * WHEN...Until 200 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1156 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicate that between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen across the county within the past three hours. - While the heaviest rain has ended, runoff from the rain that has already occurred and additional rain up to one half inch will continue to result in flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Streator, Pontiac, Dwight, Fairbury, Chatsworth, Forrest, Flanagan, Odell, South Streator, Cullom, Cornell, Saunemin, Long Point, Campus, Reddick, Emington and Strawn. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
