FFWILX The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Crawford County in east central Illinois... Jasper County in southeastern Illinois... * Until 1245 AM CDT. * At 932 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen this evening, while up to 4 inches fell earlier today. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Robinson, Newton, Oblong, Palestine, Hutsonville, Flat Rock, Ste. Marie, Willow Hill, Hidalgo, Bogota, Hunt City, Stoy, Yale, Rose Hill, Hardinville, Eaton, Annapolis, New Hebron, Sam Parr State Park and West Liberty.
