accumulations 4 to 9 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Mullan, Dobson Pass, and Lookout Pass.
* WHEN...From 8 PM Tuesday to 5 AM PDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Plan for winter driving
conditions.
