* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Nezperce, Airway Heights, Genesee, Chelan, Wilbur,
Lewiston, Cheney, Number 2 Canyon, Plummer, Tekoa, Fairfield,
Lapwai, Post Falls, Ephrata, Rosalia, Quincy, Coulee City,
Waterville, Coeur d'Alene, Odessa, Moses Lake, Colfax, Mansfield,
Winchester, Davenport, Cashmere, Oakesdale, Moscow, Creston,
Othello, Hayden, Spokane Valley, Potlatch, Pangborn Airport,
Badger Mountain Road, Harrington, Number 1 Canyon, Entiat,
Craigmont, Gifford, Worley, Culdesac, Peck, Lewiston Grade,
Kamiah, Soldiers Meadow Road, Pullman, Uniontown, Rockford,
Downtown Spokane, Wenatchee, Grand Coulee, La Crosse, and
Ritzville.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Areas of blowing dust can reduce visibility to one mile.
