Description: 
At 930 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 12 miles south of Nordman to near Troy. Movement was north at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Bonners Ferry, Moyie Springs, Nordman, Copeland, Beaver Creek Campground, Coolin, Porthill, Elmira, Copper Creek Campground, Robinson Lake Campground, Naples, Meadow Creek Campground, Eastport, Meadow Creek, and Colburn. This includes the following highways... U.S. Highway 95 in Idaho between mile markers 483 and 538. U.S. Highway 2 in Idaho between mile markers 65 and 80. U.S. Highway 2 in Washington between mile markers 65 and 80.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight PDT for the Panhandle of Idaho...and northeastern Washington.
