Description: 
At 650 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10 miles west of Plummer, or 22 miles south of Spokane Valley, moving north at 45 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Green Acres, Fairfield, Rockford, and Veradale. This includes U.S. Highway 95 in Idaho between mile markers 409 and 412.
