Description: 
At 903 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms near Copeland, or 12 miles northwest of Bonners Ferry, moving northwest at 10 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Bonners Ferry, Moyie Springs, Copeland, Copper Creek Campground, Robinson Lake Campground, Meadow Creek Campground, Eastport, Meadow Creek, and Porthill. This includes the following highways... U.S. Highway 95 in Idaho between mile markers 505 and 538. U.S. Highway 2 in Idaho between mile markers 65 and 74.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight PDT for the Panhandle of Idaho.
