At 617 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 miles northeast of Potlatch, or 22 miles south of St. Maries, moving west at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Tensed and Sanders. This includes U.S. Highway 95 in Idaho between mile markers 364 and 382.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight PDT for the Panhandle of Idaho.
