At 813 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Flat Top Butte, or 12 miles north of Gooding, moving north at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, half inch hail and heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Heavy rain will reduce visibility and result in localized flooding. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Flat Top Butte around 820 PM MDT. Selby around 830 PM MDT. Fairfield and Soldier around 840 PM MDT.
