Description:
At 306 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Scott Mountain, or 7 miles northwest of Lowman, moving north at 25
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust reducing
visibility.
Locations impacted include...
Deadwood Reservoir, Silver Creek Work Center, Clear Creek Summit,
Monumental Peak, Scott Mountain, and Deer Creek Pass.
