Description:
At 311 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Thatcher to near Cokeville. Movement was
northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 45 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Montpelier, Georgetown, Dingle, Paris, Bern, Ovid, Border Summit,
Georgetown Summit, Geneva, Liberty, Clear Creek Ranger Station,
Pegram, Emmigrant Summit, Geneva Summit, and Bennington.
Instruction:
