* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Idaho and
southeast Oregon.
* WHEN...From noon MDT /11 AM PDT/ Wednesday to midnight MDT /11 PM
PDT/ Wednesday Night.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and power outages may result.
