...LAKE WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM TO 9 PM MDT MONDAY FOR AMERICAN FALLS RESERVOIR... * WHAT...For the Frost Advisory, temperatures 32 to 36 will result in frost formation. Areas along the interstates from Burley to Pocatello to Idaho Falls may remain warmer than 36. For the Lake Wind Advisory for American Falls Reservoir, north winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph expected. * WHERE...Lower Snake River Plain. * WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from 3 AM to 9 AM MDT Monday. For the Lake Wind Advisory, from 6 AM to 9 PM MDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
