Description:
* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, winds are beginning to weaken and
will go light over the next couple of hours. For the Freeze
Warning, sub-freezing temperatures between 28 and 32 degrees
expected.
* WHERE...Shoshone/Lava Beds, Arco/Mud Lake Desert, Lower Snake
River Plain, and Upper Snake River Plain.
* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM MDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Instruction:
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
