...DRY WITH GUSTY WINDS SUNDAY AFTERNOON... .Dry and windy conditions behind a cold front will create elevated fire weather concerns. There is potential for critical fire weather conditions to develop Sunday afternoon. The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Fire Weather Watch for winds and low relative humidities, which is in effect from Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening. * AFFECTED AREA...In Idaho, Fire Weather Zones 424 Western Twin Falls BLM and 426 Southern Highlands. * TIMING...From Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening. * WINDS...Northwest 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 to 15 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
