...TEMPERATURES SLOWLY WARMING AND IMPACTS IMPROVING... .The combination of increasing sun angle and warming temperatures is resulting in any icy spots on roadways melting. However, trees and power lines may continue to be iced over for several more hours. Please exercise caution if you encounter any downed trees or power lines. * WHAT...Significant icing. Additional ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Clark and Taylor Counties. * WHEN...Until noon CDT today. * IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. Icing may result in downed trees and power lines.
