Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Waushara and Outagamie Counties. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be hazardous due to icy roads. The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.
