* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.
* WHERE...Northern Franklin, Southern Franklin, Western Clinton, and
Western Essex Counties in northern New York.
* WHEN...From Sunday evening through Monday evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Scattered power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest period of wind is expected
between 2 AM Monday and 5 PM Monday.
