Description: 
* WHAT...Today, west winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. Then, after an overnight lull, west winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph Saturday afternoon. Winds will shift northwest late Saturday evening with gusts up to 65 mph possible through Sunday early afternoon. * WHERE...Banner County and Kimball County. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 8 PM MDT this evening. For the High Wind Watch, from late Saturday night through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust could lead to reduced visibility. In addition, new wildfire starts will spread very rapidly under dry and windy conditions.
