* WHERE...Northern, Central and Southeast Phillips, Central and
Southern Valley, Garfield, and Petroleum Counties.
* WHEN...From late Monday night through Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and
cause power bumps. Travel could be difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles.
