* WHAT...West winds 30 to 45 mph, with gusts up to 65 mph possible. * WHERE...Snowy and Judith Mountains, Bears Paw Mountains and Southern Blaine, Fergus County below 4500ft, Hill County, and Northern Blaine County. * WHEN...From late Wednesday night through Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel could be very difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Blowing dust could significantly reduce visibility at times.
