* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and
northeast Kansas.
* WHEN...From Sunday morning through Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Travel is likely to be difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a chance for light snow midday
Sunday. Falling snow with the strong winds could limit
visibilities.
Instruction:

strong winds begin.
