* WHAT...West winds 30 to 35 mph with gusts of 55 to 60 mph possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.
* WHEN...From late tonight through Friday afternoon. The strongest
winds are expected between 7 AM and Noon on Friday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
