possible.
* WHERE...Portions of North Idaho and Central, East Central, North
Central, Northeast, and Southeast Washington.
* WHEN...From Wednesday evening through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines
leading to power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles. Patchy blowing dust may reduce
visibility around the Moses Lake area.
