* WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph expected. * WHERE...South Laramie Range and Foothills including the Interstate 80 Summit between Cheyenne and Laramie. * WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to midnight MDT Tuesday Night. * IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dry conditions along Interstate 80 combined with high winds will lead to critical fire conditions throughout the afternoon hours Tuesday.
