Description: 
* WHAT...West winds 30 to 50 mph with gusts up to 70 mph. Localized wind gusts up to 85 mph are expected mainly in the wind prone areas along Interstates 25 and 80. A lull in the high winds is expected through early Saturday morning. * WHERE...South Laramie Range and Foothills including the Interstate 80 Summit between Cheyenne and Laramie, Bordeaux area along Interstate 25 between Chugwater and Wheatland, Converse County Lower Elevations, East Platte County, and Central Laramie County. * WHEN...Until noon MDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust could lead to reduced visibility. In addition, new wildfire starts will spread very rapidly under dry and windy conditions.
