Description: 
* WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 75 mph. A lull in the high winds is expected through early Saturday morning. * WHERE...Central Carbon County, Ferris/Seminoe/Shirley Mountains, Shirley Basin, Upper North Platte River Basin, and North Laramie Range. * WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust could lead to reduced visibility. In addition, new wildfire starts will spread very rapidly under dry and windy conditions.
