Description: 
* WHAT...West winds 30 to 50 mph with gusts up to 75 mph. Localized wind gusts up to 85 mph are expected mainly on the western side of the Laramie Valley and along Interstate 80 in the Elk Mountain and Arlington areas. A lull in the high winds is possible Friday night into early Saturday morning. * WHERE...North Snowy Range Foothills including Arlington and Elk Mountain along Interstate 80, and the Laramie Valley. * WHEN...Until 3 AM MDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust could lead to reduced visibility. In addition, new wildfire starts will spread very rapidly under dry and windy conditions.
